Assembly
Assembling the engine is carried out in sequence, return dismantling. However, at each assembly, follow these instructions: - Make sure that all parts are clean and free of foreign bodies before they are installed; - Always lubricate any rotating or moving parts. This should be done before the assembly, rather than after the items have already been installed, otherwise the oil does not get all the necessary places. It is especially important before assembly abundantly Lubricate pistons, piston rings and cylinder walls; - Carefully clean all parts of the cylinder if was made complete disassembly of the engine; - With partial disassembly, make sure that that the inside of the disassembled engine or in its cavity is not got no foreign bodies. Plug all openings clean cloths to avoid this; - Blow out the oil passages with compressed air. If this is not possible, then clean oil channels and holes with a wooden stick, but in no case do not do it with metal objects; - Always replace the O-rings and gaskets are new; - A data table for adjustment and control of the majority given boundary wear of moving parts. If there are doubts about the wear and tear of any component or the limit of wear is reached soon, it is better to replace such detail in order to avoid a short time re-disassembly of the engine. Remember that these adjustments and controls for different engine types are different.
