Flywheel

To remove the flywheel from the crankshaft lock it lock stationary and unscrew bolts of a flywheel that can be immediately discarded because it is always necessary to install only the new flywheel bolts.

Check the condition of the ring gear in the event of damage to replace the flywheel teeth. If the flywheel has scratches or burrs on the supporting surface of the clutch plate, then remove their groove.

Flywheel dismantled on installed engine after removing the gearbox. This necessarily check for leaks if the engine oil through the crankshaft rear oil seal. In the case of leakage, replace the packing.

When installing the flywheel bolts tighten by hand first, and then tighten them in turn crosswise with a torque of 70 Nm. Then turn each bolt again criss-crossed by another 90 ?�.
