The fuel injector 10 (see. Fig. 201) injection system is an electromagnetic device controlled by computer, and a metering fuel supply pressure to the engine cylinders.
The nozzles are fixed to the fuel distribution manifold 6. The upper and lower ends of the nozzles are sealed with O-shaped sealing rings 11, which must always be replaced by new engine during repair.
Computer control signal opens the solenoid valve nozzle, wherein fuel under pressure through the valve and is sprayed to form a conical flame directed at the inlet of the torch. With each rotation of the crankshaft, fuel is injected into the channel intake manifold before the inlet valve of the corresponding cylinder. Since the opening of the nozzle is determined by this computer. Each nozzle is controlled separately, ie, You can talk about the distributed injection.
