Check the brake system

Check
Check the brake system on a regulated test bench for brakes contra rollers.
Contra rollers stand for brake testing rotate forward on one side, and on the other side of the back.
Controlled speed rolls can be adjusted so that during brake testing they will rotate at the same speed.
This prevents the transmission of the braking force to the transmission.
When checking measurements occur on the wheel, which rotates forward, so needed 2 brake test for each axle.
When checking is not allowed to exceed the speed of 6 km / h.

Leak test pressure
The brake system, its operation and leaks (hydraulic unit, brake lines, brake lines and brake calipers) should be OK
Remove the bleeder plug on one of the front brake calipers. Connect the brake system tester VAG 1310 A and make pumping.
Create pressure on the brake pedal to gauge showed an overpressure of 50 bar. During the inspection within 45 to drop in pressure must not exceed 4 bar. At higher pressure drop, replace the brake master cylinder.
