Weakening

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove top toothed belt guard.

2. Loosen the 3 screws that secure the water pump. Tilt the shelf mount the right and loosen the timing belt.

Tension

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The weakening of the pump mount turn left (up) and pull the toothed belt.

Check toothed belt tension

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Toothed belt when exposed to the thumb and forefinger in the middle between the camshaft drive gear and water pump must be twisted by 90 ?� (1/4 turn). If more, then pull the belt.
	2. Tighten the water pump to 20 N ?� m (arrows specify screws water pump).
	3. Turn the crankshaft 2 turns and check the tension of the toothed belt and adjust if necessary. To this end, turn 5th gear and push the car on a flat surface or raise the car in front and turn the front wheel.
