Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car on props.
2. Remove the bottom casing of the engine compartment.
3. Remove the machine from backups.
4. Remove the V-belt.
5. Set the crankshaft to TDC for the first cylinder. Crankshaft rotate clockwise.
6. The crankshaft is at TDC, if the label of a cam gear coincides with the mark on the back casing of a gear belt.
7. At the same time should match the label on a flywheel or the clutch disc with TDC. The figure shows the two corresponding marks on the vibration damper and casing of a gear belt. These labels are used to adjust the TDC on the removed engine.
8. Remove the top casing of a gear belt. With the pen or pencil fat put on the belt in the direction of the arrow of motion. The motor rotates when viewed from the front, to the right clockwise.
9. Loosen the timing belt (see. Subsection 2.5.1.3).
10. Unscrew the vibration damper to the crankshaft pinion gear belt by removing the 4 bolts M8.
11. Remove the timing belt.

A warning

Toothed belt must not have notches. Toothed belt with slits must always be replaced, because during operation it may break, causing serious damage to the engine.

12. The position of the gears of a gear belt as much as possible not to change.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning

If it is installed the old timing belt, be sure to pay attention to the direction of movement. Installation of the toothed belt in the opposite direction may lead to tearing and breakages engine!

1. Fit timing belt to the crankshaft gear, pulley and water pump.
2. Screw the vibration damper 4 bolts to 20 Nm.
3. Screw the bottom casing of a gear belt. Otherwise, rotate the camshaft so that the mark on the camshaft drive gear coincides with the upper edge of the gasket cylinder head cover.

A warning

If the camshaft will rotate when removed, timing belts, none piston should be at TDC. Otherwise severe damage may occur pistons or valves.

If you want to rotate the camshaft, first install all the pistons to the same height. To do this, put on top of the belt pulley crankshaft chalk mark (pre-condition: the crankshaft is set to TDC for 1 cylinder), then turn the crankshaft pulley 1/4 turn (90 ?) to the left or to the right, focusing on the chalk mark.

4. Check the position of the crankshaft to TDC for cylinder 1. The inspection opening the clutch housing must be visible TDC (0) at the flywheel standing precisely next to the installation piping.
5. If the timing belt is installed on the removed engine, the notch on the belt pulley must coincide with the marks on the cylinder head cover. In this case the crankshaft is at TDC for cylinder one.
6. Put on the toothed belt.

A warning

When installing the toothed belt can not change the position of the camshaft and crankshaft. Otherwise, the engine may be seriously damaged or will not develop full power. After the tension of the toothed belt, once again check the position of the camshaft and crankshaft. This means that if the mark on the camshaft gear coincides with the top edge of the bonnet gasket cylinder head, while the TDC marking on the flywheel must coincide with the corresponding label. Otherwise, the adjustment of the camshaft drive gear and crankshaft gear again.

7. Tighten the timing belt.
8. Turn the crankshaft 2 turns in the direction of its rotation and re-check and adjust the tension.
9. Install the top casing of a gear belt.
10. Secure the belt tensioner.
11. Install and tighten the V-belt.
12. Install the mudguard of the engine.
13. If repairs that require the removal of the timing belt only with a cam gear, adjust the timing belt as follows:
- Set crankshaft to TDC for cylinder 1;
- Loosen and remove the timing belt from the camshaft gear;
- To put on and pull the toothed belt;
- The position of the camshaft and crankshaft during repairs do not change.
