Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the bolts of the front wheel. The machine is on wheels.
2. Mark the position of the disc relative to the wheel hub paint to set and then balance the wheel to its original position.
3. Set the machine on the box, remove the wheel.
4. Remove the 2 screws from the brake wheel bearing housing and remove the brake assembly and brake support.
5. If necessary, unscrew the brake hose bracket from the wheel bearing housing.
6. Hang the brake wire on makeshift hook to the body so that the brake hose is not twisted or stretched.

A warning

Brake Hose not shoot, otherwise, it will be necessary to let the air out of the system.


7. If the brake is required to remove completely, you must first unscrew the brake hose from the brake hose and not on the brake.

8. Unscrew the screw securing the brake disk key for screws with hexagon socket 5 mm.
9. Remove the brake disk.

A warning

Brake disc can not be removed with the use of brute force (hammer) with the wheel hub. Instead: use rust remover. This can prevent damage to the brake disc. If, however, there was only through the removal of heavy hammer blows, replace, based on security conditions, the brake disc and wheel bearing. Replace the wheel bearing should be entrusted to service, because only there, as a rule, there is a corresponding press. Even using an appropriate scraper, the brake disc must be replaced.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In order to ensure uniform braking on both sides, both disks must be equally polished surface. Therefore, you need to replace both brake disc, or both sanded.
2. The plant has the ability to check the brake discs for the fight. Maximum allowable fight, measured on the brake surface - 0.03 mm. The maximum permissible deviation in thickness - 0.01 mm.
3. Measure the thickness of the brake disc (see. Subsection 7.5).
4. If there is, remove rust from the flange of the brake disc and front hub, brush a thin layer of grease.
5. Clean the new brake discs nitrosolvent of protective lacquer.
6. Install the brake disc on the wheel hub and secure with the Allen screw.
7. Install brake with mounted brake pads. It does not twist or stretch brake hose. Check the free running of the brake hose by turning the steering wheel to lock.
8. Screw the bracket of a brake hose to the end of the wheel bearing.
9. Tighten brake torque 270 Nm.

A warning

The high torque, robust tool to use. When tightening look to the machine does not slip from the box. The tool set so that when tightening the pressure on the handle down.


10. If the expansion tank is empty or remove the brake hose, brake hose and screw to release air from the system (see. Subsection 7.12).
11. Install the wheel according to the label and remove the machine from the stands and tighten the bolts cross-wise the moment of 160 Nm.

A warning

Squeeze on the site repeatedly and vigorously brake pedal until resistance is felt.


12. Check brake fluid level in the expansion tank (see. Subsection 7.13).

A warning

Push rod thread, the contact surfaces of brake pads to the brake support, the ribs of brake pads in the bearings, lubricate the brake lever a light layer of paste Molykote G6.


13. Replace the brake pads only on both wheels of one axle. Use a quality brake pad.
