Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the wheel bolts. The machine is on wheels.
2. Mark the position of the disc relative to the hub with paint in order to balance the wheel is then set to its original position and the direction of rolling.
3. Set the machine on a stand, remove the rear wheel.
4. Loosen the handbrake
5. Loosen the Allen screw brake drum key 5 mm.
6. In order to be able to remove a brake drum, it is necessary to press the brake pads. To do this through a hole in the brake support scroll screwdriver gear automatic adjustment until the brake pads will no longer be fit to a brake drum. The wheel must rotate freely.
7. Remove the brake drum. If necessary, remove the drum from the wheel hub puller universal.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Thoroughly clean the brake drum. The drum with traces of machined grooves. This always eat through both the drum. Border wear cm. In section 7.2.
2. Perform the basic adjustment of the brake pads of the rear wheel.
3. Install the brake drum and fasten with the Allen screw.
4. Put the wheel, observing the markings. Remove the machine from the box and tighten the bolts cross-wise the moment of 160 Nm.

A warning

Repeatedly squeeze the brake pedal when the weakened handbrake. This sets automatic adjustment of the brake pads into position.
