Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the brake light switch.
  1. Remove the cotter pin and remove the pin with a head and a hole for the pin.
  1. Remove the nuts from the bracket flange of the brake pedal.
  2. Remove the brake pedal.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the sleeve for wear.
  2. Check the brake pedal to the absence of distortion.
  3. Check the brake pedal return spring for damage.
  1. Check the brake light switch
    1) An ohmmeter connected to the terminals of the brake light switch, check the conductivity.
    2) When you plug the conductivity should be absent and appear when releasing the plunger.

Setting

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Be sure to install the cotter pin on the pin with a head and pull the pin hole of the brake pedal.


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install the brake pedal and secure the collar nut and bolt. Torque: 13-16 N ??? m.
  1. Check and, if necessary, adjust the height of installation of a pedal and brake pedal free wheeling.
  2. Install the brake light switch.
