Replacing the front brake pads



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the lower bolt, lift up the support and secure it with wire.
  2. Remove the brake pads.

Do not push the brake pedal after removing the brake pads.

Removal steps of the front brake pads

1 - the brake hose

3 - Disc

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check brake pads for wear and oil contamination and, if necessary, replace them.

Always replace all the pads on the same axle of a vehicle, even if only one shoe is worn. If the brake pads will be repeatedly established, before removal they are necessary for marking.

  1. Check the brake linings for damage.

The thickness of the brake linings:

Par: 11 mm
The minimum allowable: 2.0 mm

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set the clamps of brake pads.
  1. Install the brake pads on the brake pads every time.

Brake pads wear sensor, set by the piston.

  1. The special tool 09581-11000 press the piston into the cylinder support.
  1. Install the new brake pads.

Never apply grease to the brake disc and brake pads.

  1. Replace the bolt and tighten it to torque. Torque: 22-32 N ??? m.
