PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Release the hooks securing the wheels, release the parking brake, Poddomkratte back of the car and establish it on props. Block wedges front wheels to prevent the vehicle rolling.
  2. Remove the rear wheels.

If the drum is not removed from the free shoe assembly, make sure that the parking brake is fully released, then soak the oil penetrates the joint between the hub and the drum and try again. If the drum is still not removed, it is necessary to withdraw from its walls shoes. This is done by removing the stopper from the shield of the brake mechanism.   1. Replace the regulator.
  1. Make sure that the regulator is geared for shoes as shown in the picture.
  1. Install the lower spring.
  1. Make sure the bottom of the spring coils are turned down - from the controller, as shown in the picture.
  1. Install the rear pin and retaining clip as shown; head pin should sit at the bottom, lower part of the hole in the clamp.
  1. Similarly, the same way, set the front pin and retaining clip.
  1. Before replacing the disk, check the working surface of its hub for cracks, scratches, furrows and stains of overheating. If any of these conditions can not be removed using sandpaper (number 180), the disc must be replaced.
  2. After installation of new shoes handbrake replace the brake discs. Do not forget to set the new pin lock washers fixing discs.
  3. Remove the brake shields rubber stoppers, thread in a hole opened in the shield adjusting tool and turn the gear until you get a light "tacking" the disk as it rotates (see. Illustration "Remove the cap from the brake shield ..." and "... press tool to the top of the adjusting wheel ... "). Now turn the wheel in the opposite direction to release the disc - hold with the screwdriver lever regulator extracted from the wheel. Repeat the procedure for adjusting the brake the opposite wheels. Replace the plug brake shields.
  4. Put on the wheel, screw nuts of attachment and lower the car to the ground. Tighten the wheel nuts to the required torque (see. Specifications to the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
  5. For the final self-adjusting brakes made a number of brake when the vehicle as a rear and front swing.
