Fork clutch release lever



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Remove the bolt clutch fork.
3. Remove the clutch.
4. Remove the return spring squeezing lever.
5. Move the release lever up out of the clutch fork and remove the plug.
6. Pull the release lever of the clutch.
7. Remove the sleeves squeezing the arm of the clutch housing.

Setting


A warning

Fill the inner recess in sleeve lubricant XG-1-C.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the sleeve squeezing lever.
2. Set the clutch.
3. Plug the clutch release lever and install.
4. Install the return spring squeezing lever.
5. Align the bolt hole in the clutch fork shaft and squeezing lever.

6. Screw the bolt clutch fork and tighten its demanded moment.

Torque: 35-41 N ??? m

7. Install the gearbox.
