Check the maximum pressure created by the pump



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

A warning

The fuel system is under pressure even after the engine is switched off, therefore before a detachment of pipelines it is necessary to remove pressure in fuel system.


2. Remove the fuel pressure.
3. Lift the car.
4. Connect the measuring instrument OK2A1 about 131,110 A fuel filter.
5. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
6. An additional wire connect plugs FUEL PUMP (the fuel pump) and In + a diagnostic socket.
7. Turn on the ignition.
8. Check the maximum pressure created by the fuel pump. The maximum pressure created by the fuel pump: 450-650 kPa.
9. If the pressure created by the fuel pump is not correct, replace the fuel supply.
