Fuel line

Withdrawal

A warning

Gasoline is explosive, therefore at work with elements of fuel system provide normal ventilation of the workplace, do not use fire, the sparking devices open by fire-dangerous light devices and do not smoke.
Ensure that the nozzle is securely installed in the fuel line, which will prevent their movement and possibly damage.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the fuel pressure.

2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

3. Disconnect four sockets from fuel atomizers.

4. Remove the quick-Connect the fuel line from the fuel line.

5. Remove the two bolts and nuts, and remove the accelerator cable bracket.

6. Disconnect the accelerator cable.

7. Remove the two screws on the fuel line to the intake manifold.

8. Remove the fuel line.

9. Remove the four clamp securing the injector to the fuel line.

10. Remove the two insulator to the fuel injector.

11. Remove the fuel pulsation damper (only engine TED).

12. Clean mating surfaces.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fit the fuel pulsation damper.
2. Install the two insulators fuel injector.
3. Install the nozzle in the fuel pipe and tighten with the four locks.
4. Install the fuel rail and secure with two bolts.
5. Connect the accelerator cable.
6. Set the accelerator cable bracket and secure it with two screws and nuts.
7. Connect the fuel line pipe with quick connections.
8. Connect the four connectors to the fuel injectors.
9. Attach the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
	10. Start up the engine and check for fuel leaks.
