Power steering pump



Power steering pump

1 - hinge pin;
2 - lock nut;
3 - nuts of the bracket;
4 - an adjusting bolt;
5 - pump drive belt;
6 - pressure hose;
7 - a returnable hose;
8 - bracket bolts;
9 - power steering pump

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the hinge pin securing the power steering pump.
2. Remove the lock nut securing the power steering pump.
3. Remove the nut bracket power steering pump.
4. Remove the pump drive belt.
5. Remove the nuts and disconnect the discharge hose from the pump.
6. Loosen the clamp and remove the suction filter.
7. Remove the three screws on the bracket power steering pump.
8. Remove the power steering pump.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the power steering pump.
2. Tighten the three bolts of the bracket power steering pump.

Torque: 37-52 N ??? m

3. Place the suction filter on the pump.
4. Connect the pump pressure hose and fix its bolt.

Torque: 44-54 N ??? m

5. Install the pump drive belt.
6. Tighten the nut bracket.

Torque: 37-52N ??? m

7. Tighten the lock nut and bolt.

Torque: 37-52N ??? m

8. Tighten the pivot bolt.

Torque: 37-52N ??? m
