Steering transfer

Steering transfer

1 - a nut of fastening of a tip of steering draft;
2 - knuckle;
3 - pressure hose;
4 - a returnable hose;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the nuts of the front wheels.
2. Lift the front of the car and fix on supports.
3. Remove the wheel.
4. Remove the cotter pin and loosen nuts pin of the spherical rod ends to the swivel.
5. Stripper OK130 283 021, press out the pins of spherical rod ends to the steering knuckle.
A warning To avoid damaging the thread stud, screw on a carving a time nut.
	6. Remove the two bolts and nuts and remove the hose bracket to the gearbox.
7. Remove the return and pressure hoses.
A warning When disconnecting the hose, use a cloth or a suitable container to collect the fluid from the hydraulic power steering.
8. Remove the two screws on the universal joint and the clamping bolt of the intermediate shaft.
9. Remove the four screws securing the steering column to the vehicle, and then remove the cover seals.
10. Remove the four screws attaching the steering gear.
11. Remove the thrust shift and select from the gearbox.
	12. Remove steering transfer on the right side of the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the steering gear on the right side of the car.
	2. Secure the steering gear with four nuts. Torque: 37-52 N ??? m
3. Tighten the bolt of the intermediate shaft. Torque: 18-26 N ??? m
4. Install the seal cover, then tighten the four nuts from the steering column in the vehicle.
	5. Tighten the two clamping screws on the universal joint. Torque: 18-26 N ??? m
6. Connect the return and pressure hoses.
7. Install the hose bracket to the gearbox and secure it with bolts and nuts.
8. Establish pins of spherical hinges of tips of steering drafts in rotary fists.
9. Screw nuts pins, tighten them to torque and set the pins. Torque: 29-44 N ??? m
10. Connect draft choice of the gearbox. Torque: 38-51 N ??? m
12. Install the wheel.
13. Lower the car.
