Cylinder head cover



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. If you remove the back cover of the cylinder head, remove the inlet manifold.
3. Disconnect the wires from the spark plugs and unscrew candles.

4. Remove the screws fixing the wires (A), remove the vent (B). Unscrew the screws (indicated by arrows). Disconnect the hose from the tube without removing the tube itself.

5. Remove the covers of the two heads of the two screws holding the cover for the timing belt.
6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the head cover. If the cap sits too tight, tapped on it with a wooden hammer. Not to hook the edge of the lid, otherwise you will damage them.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Thoroughly clean and wipe solvent joined surfaces of the cover and the cylinder head.

2. Apply sealant to the specified locations.

3. Place the gasket into the groove on the head cover and replace the cover.

4. Tighten the nuts to the proper torque.
5. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check for leaks.
