Intake manifold



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in the fuel system, and disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the air intake pipe.
4. Disconnect the cables, hoses and wiring from the throttle body.
5. In the rear portion of the exhaust manifold disconnect the wire (A), the two wires of the fuel injectors (B), the oil supply tube (P) and a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator (D).
6. Remove the throttle wire (A), the two wires of the solenoid valve (B) and a bracket on which the connectors are secured. Bolt (C) - is one of the bolts of the bracket.
7. Disconnect the wires from the spark plugs.
8. Remove the screws and twist the nut collector. Remove the manifold.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean off the remains of old gasket and carbon deposits from the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and manifold.
2. The inlet manifold are two bypass coolant pipe. Carrying out maintenance of these tubes is complicated, so each time you shoot a collector, be sure to replace the rubber coolant hose and hose clamps.
3. Install a new intake manifold gasket and manifold itself.
4. Tighten the bolts and nuts of the manifold in three stages to the required torque.
5. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check the engine for leaks.
