Oil pump



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pan.
2. Remove the gas distribution belt and crankshaft sprocket.
3. Remove the 4 bolts (arrows) and remove maslozaborny pipe.
4. Remove the air conditioning compressor and slide it to the side, do not disconnect the hose from the compressor.
5. Remove the compressor bracket.
6. Remove the pump system hydrostrengthening steering, remove the pump bracket and slide the pump aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
7. Remove the bolts of the oil pump and remove the pump.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the O-ring gasket and oil pump.
2. Twist the cap reducing valve, remove the spring and plunger.
3. Remove the screws and remove the oil pump.
4. Carefully clean and wipe acetone joined surfaces of the pump and the engine block.
5. Remove the internal and external gear pump. Rinse all the elements of the pump in a solvent.
6. Inspect the relief valve spring and measure their length.
7. If the springs are damaged or length is out of specification, replace the spring.
8. Install the gears in the pump housing and perform the necessary measurements (see. Subsection 3.2.14).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil seal of the crankshaft using a screwdriver.
2. Apply universal grease to the new packing and set it in place.
3. Install the gear pump casing.
4. Fill the pump cavity with petroleum jelly. Install the oil pump cover and tighten the cover screws, pre-lubricated them with sealant.
5. Grease the piston relief valve oil and install valve elements in the pump housing.
6. Apply sealant at the junction surface of the pump.
7. Replace the O-ring pump.
8. Place the pump, insert and tighten the screws.
9. Install the remaining parts.
