1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. |
2. Loosen the water pump pulley bolt. Remove the pump drive belt system hydrostrengthening steering and alternator drive belt. Remove the water pump pulley. |
3. Install the piston N1 at TDC. |
4. Loosen the bolts of the front right wheel. |
5. Set the parking brake and block the rear wheels. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove the right front wheel. |
6. Remove the mudguard of the right front wing. |
7. Establish a jack under the engine, lift it slightly and remove the right engine support. |
8. Screw the spark plug. |
| 9. Remove the two screws of the drive belt tensioner arm (indicated by arrows) and remove the tensioner. |
10. Disconnect the crankshaft sensor and a temperature sensor. |
11. Remove the crankshaft pulley. |
12. Remove the pump pulley system hydrostrengthening steering. |
| 13. Remove the lower timing belt cover bolts (arrows). |
| 14. Remove the engine lifting bracket (A) and remove the three bolts of the timing belt cover (indicated by arrows). |
| 15. After twisting the remaining bolts (arrows), remove the cover and gasket. Pick up the handset dipstick oil. |
| 16. If you intend to use the gas distribution belt again, make it a label indicating the direction of rotation. |
17. Align the synchronization marks the crankshaft sprocket and the labels of asterisks of camshafts (see. Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels crankshaft Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels camshaft - front row of cylinders, Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels camshaft - a back row of cylinders). |
| 18. Remove the two timing belt tensioner bolt (A) and remove the tensioner. Loosen the tensioner pulley bolt (B). |
19. Remove the gas distribution belt. |
| 20. If the camshaft sprocket is damaged, you can now remove them and replace. |
| 21. Remove the crankshaft sprocket and replace it if it is damaged. |
