Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Loosen the water pump pulley bolt. Remove the pump drive belt system hydrostrengthening steering and alternator drive belt. Remove the water pump pulley.
3. Install the piston N1 at TDC.
4. Loosen the bolts of the front right wheel.
5. Set the parking brake and block the rear wheels. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove the right front wheel.
6. Remove the mudguard of the right front wing.
7. Establish a jack under the engine, lift it slightly and remove the right engine support.
8. Screw the spark plug.
9. Remove the two screws of the drive belt tensioner arm (indicated by arrows) and remove the tensioner.
10. Disconnect the crankshaft sensor and a temperature sensor.
11. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
12. Remove the pump pulley system hydrostrengthening steering.
13. Remove the lower timing belt cover bolts (arrows).
14. Remove the engine lifting bracket (A) and remove the three bolts of the timing belt cover (indicated by arrows).
15. After twisting the remaining bolts (arrows), remove the cover and gasket. Pick up the handset dipstick oil.
16. If you intend to use the gas distribution belt again, make it a label indicating the direction of rotation.
17. Align the synchronization marks the crankshaft sprocket and the labels of asterisks of camshafts (see. Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels crankshaft Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels camshaft - front row of cylinders, Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels camshaft - a back row of cylinders).
18. Remove the two timing belt tensioner bolt (A) and remove the tensioner. Loosen the tensioner pulley bolt (B).
19. Remove the gas distribution belt.
20. If the camshaft sprocket is damaged, you can now remove them and replace.
21. Remove the crankshaft sprocket and replace it if it is damaged.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Inspect the gas distribution belt (see. Subsection 3.1.8).
2. Using a vise, tighten tensioner piston so that you can insert a rod 1.5 mm in the second lower opening tensioner.
3. Check that the intermediate pulleys rotate freely.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean the installation area of the timing belt in the front of the engine.
2. Install the crankshaft sprocket.
3. Temporarily screw the crankshaft pulley bolt and rotate the shaft clockwise to align the mark on the crankshaft sprocket with the mark on the crankcase.
4. Set the gas distribution belt.
5. Set the tensioner (compressed by the piston and inserted into the bottom hole of the rod) and tighten the bolts.
6. Remove the rod from the hole tensioner. Rotate the crankshaft two full turns (720 ?). Check whether the combined still synchronization labels of asterisks (see. Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels crankshaft Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels camshaft - front row of cylinders, Fig. Sinhronizatsionnye labels camshaft - a back row of cylinders).
A warning

Do not start the engine until then, until you are absolutely convinced that the gas distribution belt is correctly installed. If the belt is not installed properly, the engine may get serious damage.

7. Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt.
8. Install the remaining parts in reverse order.
