Oil pump



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the front cover, which is a cover of the oil pump.
2. Remove the stuffing box cover of the crankshaft.
3. Remove the oil pump.
4. Remove the pressure reducing valve.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the toothed ring in the pump housing and measure the gap between the driving gear ring and the pump casing.
2. Measure the clearance between the master and slave gear ring.
3. Measure the clearance between the plane and the plane of the ring gear pump housing.
4. Measure the length of the spring pressure reducing valve, if necessary, replace the spring.
5. Grease a new epiploon and replace.
6. Grease the piston pressure reducing valve with engine oil and install the valve in the pump casing.
7. Grease a ring gear and install in the housing.
8. Replace the pump cover and tighten bolts.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace the front cover and tighten the screws.
2. Install the remaining parts.
