Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The models SOHC remove the rocker arm and the rocker arm shaft. In models DOHC remove the camshafts. With the damaged valve, remove the adjuster.
2. Remove the spark plugs of the cylinders with faulty valves. If you replace the gaskets of all stocks of valves, unscrew all the candles.
3. Install the piston cylinder necessary to TDC.
4. Screw the adapter into the spark plug hole and connect a hose of the air compressor.
5. Pump the compressed air into the cylinder, the valves are held in place by air pressure.
6. Turn the crankshaft clockwise until you feel a slight resistance.
7. Compress the valve springs using a special compressor. Remove the conical sleeve.
8. Remove the plate springs and valve spring. Remove the valve stem seals.
9. Release the air pressure in the cylinder.
10. Inspect the valve spring for cracks and damage, measure the length of the spring in the free state. Inspect the valve stem.
11. Check to see if the valve stem is jammed, and measure the gap between the rod and the guide sleeve. If necessary, the cylinder head will need to be removed for repair of valves and guides.
12. Increase the air pressure to close the valve.
13. Lubricate the valve stem with oil and install a new oil seal.
14. Install the spring and spring plate. Compress the spring and install the cone sleeve.
15. Install the remaining parts of the engine and check the operation.
