Visual check brake lines



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Prepodnimite car.
2. Clean the brake lines low-temperature cleaning agent.
A warning

To protect against corrosion brake lines coated with a film of a synthetic resin. If the film is damaged, this may lead to the generation of corrosion of pipelines. For this reason, you can not clean the brake lines with a wire brush, a file or a screwdriver.


3. Lighting the lamp, check the brake lines from the master cylinder to the individual wheel brake cylinders. The main brake cylinder is installed in the engine compartment under the brake fluid reservoir.
A warning

Brake lines can not be bent or compress. They should also not have a corrosion pits and abrasion points. Otherwise the pipeline going to the nearest place razedineniyya should be replaced.

Brake hoses connect the brake lines to the wheel brake cylinder on the moving parts of the vehicle. They consist of high-pressure-resistant material, but over time it can become porous, swollen, or cut with a sharp object. In this case, these lines must be replaced immediately.

4. Turn left or right to lock the steering wheel. This brake hoses should not be in any position in contact with parts of the vehicle.
5. The connections brake lines and brake hoses must not be moistened serving brake fluid.
A warning

If the tank and seal moistened serving brake fluid, it is not necessarily an indication of a problem with the brake master cylinder. Rather, the brake fluid can leak through the vent hole in the cap or through the seal in the cover.


6. Lower the car.
7. Once again turn the way to the left and right steering wheel and check whether the brake hoses are touching in any position with the parts of the vehicle.
