Oil circuit (DD)
The oil pump (240) sucks the motor oil from the oil sump and pumps it back into the oil filter of the main circuit (275). In the area of the suction and discharge of the oil pump is the safety valve of adjustment of pressure of oil (about 5 bar). Due to this, part of the oil is poured into the suction space. Side oil pan is the oil level sensor (351). Engine oil is pumped, without going through a recirculation check valve in the oil filter. The circulation shut-off valve prevents the oil in the oil pan when the engine is stopped. From the oil filter purified oil enters the main oil duct. When clogging of the oil filter bypass valve directs the crude oil directly into the main oil duct. From the main oil channel are ramifications for lubrication of the bearings of the crankshaft. Through inclined holes in the crankshaft oil enters the bearing rods and connecting rods inside the body - to the piston pin. After oil injection nozzles (238) for cooling oil is injected at the base of the piston. At the same time the engine oil through the injection piping enters the cylinder head and it lubricates the chain tensioner, camshaft bearings (185) and bucket tappets (203). Through cross-holes smeared additional fuel pump (1) and the clutch advancing fuel supply (18) and, if present, turbocharger. A warning  The engine capacity of 2.2 / 2.5 liters instead of cooler air-oil heat exchanger is installed oil - cooling liquid, which is located next to the oil pan.
