Troubleshooting in the oil circuit



CAUSE
REMEDY
Low oil pressure after engine start Very hot oil It does not take into account, if the oil pressure is normalized after a pedal aseleratora.
Too low oil pressure at low engine speeds Oil pressure reducing valve closes in the open position due to contamination Disassemble and check valve.
Too low oil pressure at normal engine speed Too little engine oil Add oil.
Dirty filter suction hood Dismantle the oil pan. Clean the suction filter.
Suction tube oil moved or broken Dismantle the oil pan, check the oil suction tube.
Wear oil pump Remove the oil pump and check, replace if necessary.
Bearing Damage Disassemble the engine and have it repaired.
Warning light oil level Oil level too low Top up engine oil.
Broken electrical circuit is faulty control unit Repair the open circuit will check PLUG, if necessary, replace the control electronics in the dashboard.
