Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
2. Remove the stabilizer.
3. Drain the engine oil.
4. Remove the cover (16).
5. Remove the clamps (2).
6. Lift the fan housing and put on a ventilator.
7. Remove the clips (1) from the radiator.
8. Loosen the top oil line (arrow) on the power steering pump and turn down.
9. Remove the ribbon cable to the engine wiring harness.
10. Remove the cover from the electrical motor of the partition wall between the units.
11. Remove the front exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold.
12. Remove the support of the exhaust pipe from the gearbox.
13. Disconnect plug the oil level sensor.
14. Remove the front engine mount bolts.
15. Remove the bolts back support of the engine.
16. Hook on the engine for the front and rear lugs.
17. Lift the motor as possible horizontally.
18. Remove the bolts (6/7/8/9/10), the oil pan and remove the oil pan (56) (see. Fig. Bolts of the oil pallet).
19. Thoroughly clean the sealing surface of the oil pan and crankcase.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the oil sump with a new gasket, align it with the back of the contact surface to the checkpoint and evenly hand-tighten the bolts. Then alternately tighten the bolts to the specified torque (see. Fig. Bolts of the oil pallet).
A warning

If the sump has not aligned with the transmission, then subsequently it will lead to noise.


2. Lower the engine.
3. Insert the bolts the front engine mounts and tighten them by hand.
4. Tighten bolts of the front engine mount to a torque of 40 Nm
5. Put the plug oil level sensor.
6. Attach the front exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold, the support of the exhaust pipe at the checkpoint.
7. Install the engine wiring harness cover on the partition separating the units.
8. Attach the engine wiring harness at the right wheels.
9. Turn the oil pipe power steering pump up and secure.
10. Put the clamps on the radiator.
11. Install the fan housing and secure the clamps.
12. Replace the cover (16).
13. Install the stabilizer.
14. Establish the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
15. Pour the engine oil.
16. Warm up the engine and check the tightness of the oil pan.
