Defective cuff should be promptly replaced, t. To. Penetrated into the hinge dirt renders it incapable in a short time. In doubtful cases, the tip of the lever is replaced or the entire steering linkage assembly.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the steering linkage.
2. Remove the flat spring ring (3) using a screwdriver.
3. Remove the collar (2) with round spring ring (10) up.
4. Note: If the cuff of the ball joint between the lever and pull the trapeze act in the same way, but must be unscrewed before the tip of the lever.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove grease and fill ball hinge of about 3 cm 3 of a multi-purpose lubricant, for example, Shell Retinax A.
2. Insert a new spring ring (10) of circular cross section in the rubber sleeve.
3. The rubber sleeve (2) through the slide pin of the hinge.
4. A flat spring ring (3) using a screwdriver set with rounded edges to prevent damage to a rubber cuff.
5. Replace the steering linkage.
