Radiator
Removing radiator Before installing the radiator, check for leaks in the workshop. Removing the radiator on cars with automatic transmission spend in the workshop, you need to mute the line cooling box. If possible, it is desirable to fill with new coolant, as in the waste liquid already contained cuttings and metal chips which may affect the normal operation of the fan. 1. Disconnect terminal "weight" from the accumulator. 2. Remove the protection crankcase. 3. Drain the coolant. 4. Disconnect the hose from the radiator, after loosening and pushing the clamp. 5. Remove the intake system.

6. vehicles with air conditioning: Remove the front transverse grid for this unscrew the two plastic tabs (Fig. 4.53), moving them 90 ?� to the left (counter-clockwise). 7. Remove the top holders (latch). 8. If you have air conditioning, unscrew the cross struts (five screws). Remove thrust bonnet and remove the rack. 9. Release the holders and remove the air line from the radiator. 10. unscrew the air conditioner condenser from radiator and secure with wire pre-drowning hoses. 11. Remove the radiator up. 12. Check the wear hose.
