Components and parts Clutch
Fig. 6.1. Components and parts of coupling 1 - a conducted disk; 2 - pressure plate; 3 - clutch; 4 - clutch release the clutch lever; 5 - a bolt of fastening of a casing of coupling with a press disk

To use the clutch brake fluid. She is in the same tank as the drive brake fluid. The tank is divided into two chambers - one for the brake system, the other - for the clutch. These systems operate separately, so that the flow in hydraulic clutch has no effect on the braking system.

Technical Dictionary
The most important components and parts clutch
The flywheel of the engine. Rigidly connected to the crankshaft. All engines installed so-called dual-mass flywheel.
Driven disk 1 (Fig. 6.1). Wear on the gearbox output shaft. Both sides in the clutch disc friction linings riveted.
The casing of coupling with a press disk. Inside the housing is a pressure plate clutch, which by means of the diaphragm spring presses the clutch disc to the flywheel. Clutch cover with the clutch pressure plate connected rigidly bolted to the flywheel.
Clutch. When you press the clutch pedal hydraulic presses the clutch to the petals of the diaphragm spring. With this clutch disc is free to rotate on the gearbox input shaft and the transmission of torque from the engine to the transmission is interrupted.
Clutch Master Cylinder. Located close to the axis of the clutch pedal, the pedal is connected to the push rod. When you press the clutch pedal, push the plunger connected to it in the master cylinder piston. Inside the cylinder pressure is generated which is transmitted on connections to the cylinder hose into the working cylinder and moves the clutch disposed in the working cylinder piston.
The working cylinder. Installed horizontally, the side of the manual gearbox and transmits power when you press the clutch pedal. The rod of the working cylinder extends and presses the clutch release lever, which actuates the clutch.
