- Replace the front cover with the shims and gasket and tighten bolts. When replacing the bearing of a primary shaft to adjust the end clearance of the outer ring of the bearing within 0,0-0,05 mm. If the bearing has been replaced by an intermediate shaft, adjust the end clearance of the outer ring of the bearing in the range 0.07-0.15 mm. To determine the clearance is measured with vernier calipers distance from the shoulder cover bearing ring or retaining ring to the mating surface of the bearing, but the dimensions of the lid must be added the thickness of the compressed gasket. - Put the shift fork and selector shaft reverse gear and V transmission in the neutral position, and then push the selector shaft reverse gear and V transmission by about 25.00 mm through the cover.
- Set the gearshift cover with a new gasket, simultaneously engaging the finger reverse gear and V transmission with a lock and a plug of switching - off the leash. Grease the bolt threads with sealant, screw and tighten.
- Place a washer on the stem reverse gear and V transfer and install the snap ring.
- Fit the gear lever on the slot in the previously marked position and tighten the pinch bolt.
- Fill the gearbox to the bottom of the filler neck and tighten the plug.
- Set the release lever and clutch bearings.
