PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Apply the parking brake, lift the front of the vehicle jack, lock the car and remove a wheel.
  2. Disconnect the connector pliers wear (if installed).

    When working on the support of the "Tivs" to remove stud mounting pads use a knockout type "Bendix" or "Geerling" remove the clips, and press out the studs.

  3. Using pliers, drown one of her shoes and the piston in the cylinder chamber, and remove the shoe.
  4. Spend fault detection pads and, if necessary, replace all the pads of the front brake.
  5. Fully drown one of the pistons in the cylinder chamber, put on the edge and the rear surface of the new brake pad a thin layer of heat-resistant grease and insert the brake pad in the caliper. Similarly, set the second block.
  6. Install the retaining spring on the pads, drive rods (put the clamps).
  7. Connect the wires to the brake pad wear sensor.
  8. Spend a similar work on the second wheel.
  9. Establish wheels and lower the car.

    Similar operations are carried out by replacing the disc brake pads of the rear wheels.
