PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Prepare the workplace, to exclude the brake fluid on the surface of the paint.
  2. Disconnect and immediately close the flap (adhesive tape) hydraulic line from the brake master cylinder.
  3. Disconnect the differential pressure sensor.
  4. Disconnect the hose from the tank of the hydraulic clutch mechanism (for vehicles with manual gearbox).
  5. Unscrew the nuts and remove the master cylinder from the end of the vacuum amplifier.
  6. Remove the o-ring groove of the flange of the master cylinder.
  7. Clean the exterior surfaces of the master cylinder, using methylated spirits or liquid for cleaning brakes.
  8. Remove the brake fluid reservoir with the sealing plug.
  9. Drain the brake fluid reservoir into a clean container.
  10. Lightly press the main piston and remove the locking screw.
  11. Remove the snap ring, remove the piston, lock washers, spacer, and an auxiliary vacuum coupling; It allowed for the removal of tapping on a wooden surface.
  12. Remove differential pressure sensor by removing the plug socket, remove the tapping control piston.
  13. Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap and remove the strainer.
  14. Clean the parts and fault detection. Pay particular attention to the surface of the piston and the cylinder, and replace if necessary.
  15. Manually install the new piston seal.
  16. Coat the inner surface of the main cylinder and dip the main, auxiliary and control pistons with clean brake fluid.
  17. Using the mandrel assembly, enter the details of the 1st and 2nd circuits into the cylinder. During the operation manual special attention to the occurrence of seals, bending is not allowed.
  18. Gently push the main piston rod, insert and tighten the locking screw with a new seal.
  19. Insert the control piston in the same way, tighten the socket plug with a new seal.
  20. Clean the filter in a fresh (clean) brake fluid, paste it into the tank and screw the oil filler plug.
  21. Press-fit the sealing plug in the cylinder head and set him a tank, pushing it first on one plug, and then turned by 180 ? and pushing it to another plug.
  22. Connect a wire to a differential pressure indicator and low liquid level indicator.
  23. Connect hoses and tighten the coupling nut.
