Hoses and pipes

Flexible hoses

Every six months should lift the machine and inspect the hoses that connect the steel brake lines front and rear brakes for cracks, wear, leaks, bulges or other damage. These hoses are an important and very vulnerable part of the braking system and are subject to careful examination (you can use a mirror and lamp). If the hose found any defect, it should be replaced.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. With the key, disconnect the hose at the point of connection to the hard line, and then turn him out of the brake caliper or the connecting piece.
  2. When installing the hose, check that all bolts and threaded joints are clean. When screwing the hose, use only your hands. Screwed hose, tighten the key.
  3. By installing the hose, make sure that it did not have sharp bends and kinks. Make sure the hose does not touch any parts suspension by turning the wheel to the extreme right and extreme left. If the hose suspension concerns should move the clamping plate on the bracket and move the hose pipe.
  4. Fill the brake fluid in the reservoir and pump system.
