Dismantling of the primary and intermediate shafts




Details of the primary (A) and intermediate (B) Shaft 4-speed manual

1 - a spring ring
2 - Compensation washer
3 - Ball
4 - a spring ring
5 - a lining
6 - slinger
7 - a primary shaft
8 - the needle bearing
48 - a nut with a longitudinal slot (or hex)
49 - Compensation washer
50 - groove ball bearings

51 - Spacer intermediate shaft

53 - helical gear intermediate shaft (for III transmission)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the input shaft bearing fault detection and spend it, replace it if necessary. Replace the shaft parts in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the nut (if any design).
  2. Remove the tapered roller bearing (if provided) from the front end of the intermediate shaft.
  3. Attach the intermediate shaft of the transmission gear III (the largest gear to be on top). Pull out the shaft downwards and remove the parallel key.
  4. Wash all parts in a solvent (kerosene) and dry. Spend fault detection and replace worn parts with new ones.
  5. Reassemble in reverse order and check that the belts gears facing each other.
