PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove both the lower dash panel.
  2. In the engine compartment socket wrench, unscrew the two screws on the coupling to the steering mechanism. Slide the sleeve up to the stop in the steering mechanism.
  3. Inside, socket wrench, unscrew the bolt of the lower end of the column to the clutch.
  4. Slide the sleeve down and then, trying not to damage, remove it from the vehicle. If necessary, remove the gaiter.
  5. Install in reverse order, with sealing ring at the lower end of the tube a small amount of grease.
  6. Make sure that the coupling bolts are placed in special slots, if it is provided constructive.
