PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Wedges on the front wheel, lift the rear of the car and put her on the stand.
  2. Remove the brake disc rear wheel. It is also recommended to remove pads parking brake, although this is not mandatory.
  3. Remove the central bolt rear wheel hub and remove the spacer, if available.
  4. Pull out the drive shaft hub, move it to one side and secure.
  5. With the help of a small chisel raschekante locking of the castellated nut at the inner end of the hub.
  6. Lock the hub with the rod attached to it with bolts, then remove the key Nuts crown.
  7. Remove the washer and the gland.
  8. Xpress wheel hub with a mandrel or inertial puller, remove the bearing inner ring and a deformable spacer.
  9. Remove the outer oil seal from the hub.
  10. Using knockout of soft metal, with the hub shell Xpress outer rings of the bearings.
  11. Remove the ring wheel bearing with a puller.
  12. Rinse and dry the parts with kerosene. Spend fault detection and replace if necessary. Replace the ring and bearing rollers with signs of excessive wear or pitting. You can not swap the left and right wheel because they have maslosgonnuyu thread. On the bosh hub marked with R (right) and L (left).
  13. With mandrel press them a ring on the wheel hub. In the same way, set the outer ring of the bearing in the hub body.
  14. Apply some sealant on the seat gland, and then press them a new seal using a wooden block.
  15. Tamp the inner ring and rollers refractory grease and grease fill the internal cavity of the hub body between the outer rings of the bearings.
  16. Install a new deformable spacer on the wheel hub and insert flange into the housing hub.
  17. Push the inner ring of the bearing on the hub, and easy blows of the mandrel press them to lock him into a deformable spacer.
  18. Apply some sealant on the seat of the internal gland and press in new shaft seal mandrel.
  19. Put a washer, screw the castellated nut and tighten it by hand.
  20. Hold the flange drive wheels, tighten the castle nut so that the axial play was 0.04-0.06 mm. If excessive tightening the castellated nut should be replaced deformable spacer before continuing adjustment.
  21. Tighten the castellated nut zachekankoy two points.
  22. Set the drive shaft, insert the screw (and a new spacer, if any) and tighten the set moment.
  23. Set the parking brake pads and the brake disc, and then lower the car.
