Removing and installing rear suspension assembly



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift the rear of the car and put it on the support (pedestal). Wedges on the front wheels.
  2. Remove the exhaust pipe.
  3. Depending on the configuration, unscrew the screws and remove the heat shield from the bottom of the body, then remove the parking brake cables.
  4. Disconnect hoses from the hydraulic brakes brake calipers of the rear wheels and then install the cap.
  5. Remove the driveline.
  6. Remove spring rear suspension.
  7. Remove the nuts stabilizer bar to the connecting link and remove the links.
  8. Depending on the equipment, disconnect the wire sensor anti-lock brake system for the rear seat backrest and take them down.
  9. Substitute under the rear suspension (complete) a jack-cart.
  10. Remove the bolts from the front bracket to the bottom of the body.
  11. Remove located behind the rear axle bolts to a body suspension assemblies.
  12. Lower the rear suspension assembly, and bring her out of the car.
  13. Install in reverse order, tightening the nuts and bolts specified torque and replacing self-locking bolts rear assemblies. Bleed the brake system and adjust the parking brake.
