Removing and installing rear wheel drive shaft



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lock the car and lift it back, remove the rear wheels.
  2. Drain the oil from the rear axle via the drain plug.
  3. Remove the brake caliper without disconnecting the hydraulic hoses, take him aside and fix.
  4. Lock the wheel mounting flange, unscrew the bolt shaft, remove the special washer and spacer, if any.
  5. Xpress drive shaft from the hub of the rear wheel using a mandrel of a soft metal, and lower on the stand.
  6. Place the support under the rear axle (the jack) Remove the bolts securing the rear bracket axle to the bottom of the body.
  7. Clean the dirt from the unit, unscrew the screws and remove the back cover, together with the bracket.
  8. Remove the snap ring with a differential side gear and pull the rear wheel drive shaft.
  9. Drive shafts tagged ?�L?� (left) and ?�R?� (right) at the inner ends can not be interchanged.
  10. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
  11. Fill in oil up to the height of the lower edge.

Shaft end play is not allowed and regulated by a snap ring.
