PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the driveline and drain the oil from the rear axle housing.
  2. Remove the rear axle.
  3. Determine the starting torque of the slow rotation of gears. For this purpose one can use the cord wound on the axle flange, and a spring dynamometer.
  4. Lock the flange shaft, securing it with a lever inserted between the cross bolt and unscrew the castellated nut with a special key pinion.
  5. Remove the flange spline pinion, using a stripper.
  6. Remove the oil seal using a screwdriver from the rear axle housing.
  7. Clean the oil seal seat on the flange. In the case of a large recess for wear, replace the gland flange.
  8. Apply a light coat of grease on the outer edges of a new sealing and omentum with a mandrel and press in the oil seal into the crankcase.
  9. Lubricate the splines and install the pinion flange and gradually tighten the screw a new nut so that the moment of turning gears match point, measured at the beginning of the replacement. Do not overtighten the nut, but the time of final tightening should be at least 18.0 kgs.m.
  10. Tighten the nut zachekankoy her shoulder into the notch gear.
