Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the lock cylinder (36) (see. Section Removal and installation of the cylinder ignition).
  2. Remove the steering wheel (120) and a spiral pin reel (see. Section Removal and installation of the steering wheel and the spiral track of the drum of the steering column).
  3. Remove the combined steering column switch (S4) (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
  4. Separate the trim panel (88).
  5. Disconnect the connector (a) contact switch (37q) of the adjusting lever (93).
  6. On models with AT remove the steering lock switch lock, - squeeze the latch and pull the lock back, removing it from the mounting clips.
  7. Leaning forward, remove the lock the transponder (s).
  8. To avoid damaging the steering shaft splines at dislodging the cylindrical pin (37s), screw the bolt (32c).
  9. Pull down the adjusting lever (93).
  10. With a suitable punch knock out the castle of the assembly (37) a cylindrical pin (37s), - the lower the guide pin is disabled.
  11. Releasing the latch, disunite pin (b).
  12. Remove the lock (37).
  13. Remove contact switch (37q).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Connect the contact switch (37q) to the new lock (37).
  2. Put in place the connector (b), - track reliability snaps into place.
  3. Install a new lock on the steering column, having tracked correctness of landing assembly (arrow).
  4. Fill in the lock (37), a cylindrical pin (37s), - tighten the upper and lower sections of the castle forceps.
  5. Put in place a contact switch (32q), make sure of serviceability of its functioning.
  6. Remove the bolt (32c).
  7. Put the lock (37) Transponder (s).
  8. On models with AT connect to the castle shiftlock.
  9. Connect the wiring harness (a) to the contact switch adjustment lever.
  10. Install the trim panel (88).
  11. Set the combination switch (S4).
  12. Install a spiral pin drum and a steering wheel (120) (see. Section Removal and installation of the steering wheel and the spiral track of the drum of the steering column).
  13. Install the lock cylinder (36) (see. Section Removal and installation of the cylinder ignition).
  14. Fix the steering column, holding up adjustment lever (93).
