Removal and installation of the V-belt



Driving laying belt. Diesel engines with air-conditioning

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn the tensioner head Torx counterclockwise, thus weakening the V-belt.
2. In this position, lock the tensioning device. To do this, insert the pin through the hole in the front part and the body of the tensioner. The finger can be made independently of the rod. Dimensions: length approximately 50 mm, diameter = 4 mm.
3. Remove the V-belt.

In carrying out further work on the engine or body cap allocation mechanism tensioning device should be relaxed.


Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Inspect the pulley grooves for damage and contamination, if necessary, clean or replace the pulley. At the same time pay attention to the wear of bearings and tensioner pulley defects.
2. In support wear tensioner must be replaced.
3. Belt with inclusions of dirt between the ribs, ribs weakened, if razlohmachivaniya, transverse cracks and breaks ribs to be replaced, also refer to Chapter Routine maintenance.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put the V-belt, starting with the tensioner pulley.
2. Slightly turn the tensioner anti-clockwise, thus loosening the locking pin.
3. Remove the locking pin.
4. Turn the key slowly clockwise to the front part of the tension device and thus pull the V-belt.

Belt pull slowly, hold the tensioner.
