Replacing the drive fluid differential lock



Do not re-use a used brake fluid! Used brake fluid can be easily distinguished from fresh for a darker color.

In no case do not drain the brake fluid into the sewer and do not dispose of in containers for household waste! Inofrmatsiya by the rules of waste fluids is available at service stations.


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Unscrew the reservoir hydraulic fluid drive differential lock.

    and - The location of the tank (1) of the hydraulic fluid drive locking differentials on models of release till 12.2000

  1. With the help of a syringe or a rubber bulb pump out the liquid from the tank.
  2. Connect the device to a special tank pumping tract and connect pressure hose.
  3. Acting in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, set the device to pump operating pressure.
  1. Remove the valve pumping (2) on the slave cylinder drive differential lock cap, pull the valve on the hose, the second end lower in the capacity of the drain.
  1. Release the valve and keep it open as long as from the drain hose runs out clean and free from air bubbles in fresh brake fluid.
  2. Tighten the valve, remove the hose and put on a dust cap.
  3. Disconnect the pressure hose from the tank and a device for pumping, remove the connector.
  4. Fill in the tank with fresh hydraulic fluid, bringing its level to the level of ?�maximum?�, then screw cap.
