Replacing the glow plugs (diesel models)



Details of installation of glow plugs on diesel engines (for example, 4-cylinder engine)


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature (80 ?� C).

Reversing candles should be made only after the engine is fully warmed up!

  1. Remove the trim panel diffuser (2) and the cylinder head cover (1).
  2. In the 628 series engines, remove the air cleaner (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  3. In the 612 series engines, disconnect the fuel line return line going to the pump.
  4. Disconnect from the subject to removal glow wiring (3).
  5. Remove the spark plug (R9).
  6. With the help of special cylindrical brush suitable diameter clean candle niche.
  7. Installation is in the reverse order.
