Activating and deactivating the self-diagnosis mode ?1

Self-diagnosis should be done with the engine running.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To activate the self-test, turn off the ignition and start the engine. 10 seconds after the start, press and hold the switch automatic A / C service for at least 5 seconds.
  2. Upon successful activation should turn all the lights and all the LCD segments on the control unit with a ventilation system. This mode ?1 (check indicators).
  3. To switch between modes, press self-regulation temperature.
  4. To activate the self-switch off the ignition and press the ?AUTO?.

Mode ?2 (Check sensors)

?2 mode during normal operation of the sensors on the display code "20". If one of the sensors is faulty (open circuit) instead of zero flashes (once) the corresponding figure. If several sensors are faulty, the corresponding figure in place of zero blinks twice, then displays the following figure. If a short circuit is detected, further comprising indicator ?AUTO?.

The codes "21? ÷ ?25" displays at fault in the sensor circuit (respectively): outdoor temperature, interior temperature, evaporator temperature and sun sensor.

Mode ?3 (Check the e / motor drive dampers)

?3 mode during normal operation of the e / motor displayed code "30". If a faulty one of the e / motor or its circuit break is recognized, instead of zero flashes (once) the corresponding figure. If defective, both e / motor, the corresponding figure in place of zero blinks twice, then displays the following figure. If a short circuit is detected, further comprising indicator ?AUTO?.

The codes "31? ÷ ?34" displays at fault in a chain e / motor of air mixing flap, and the codes "35? ÷ ?38? - a fault in the chain of the e / motor valve modes of distribution of air (in each case in the wires of the contacts, respectively, 5, 2, 1 and 6 connector e / motor). Said contact connector e / motor of air mixing flap corresponding contacts 27, 26, 29 and 25 in the connector control unit and pin terminals e / motor air distribution flap - contacts 32, 31, 37 and 38.

To reset the home position e / motor (required after removal) in the self-test mode, press the switch blowing windscreen. This code is "30" indicator will blink blowing for about 9 seconds.

Mode ?4 (Check actuators)

Each time you switch on the windshield blower will cycle the display output codes "42", "42" ... "46", "41", etc. Each code check visual or hearing the work of the respective components in accordance with the following table.

Mode ?5 (temperature sensors)

Each time you switch on the windshield blower will cycle the display output: the code "5", the outside temperature, the air temperature in the cabin, the temperature of the evaporator, the code of "5", etc.
