Refitting

Models of Hardtop (Hardtop) and Universal (Station Wagon)

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the nuts of the rear wheels.
  2. Poddomkratte back of the car and establish it on props, the institution under the frame members. Remove the rear wheels.
  3. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the rear axle housing.
  4. Mark the position of the rear propeller shaft to the pinion flange and drum parking brake. Remove the propeller shaft and remove it from under the car.
  5. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the rear axle housing breather hose.
  6. Disconnect the brake pipe from the flexible brake hose, release the retaining clip and release the hose from the support bracket. Plug the open ends of the pipes and hoses in order to avoid falling into the hydraulic brake system of dirt.
  7. Remove the valve spring - the pressure regulator on the bracket on the rear axle housing.
  8. By means of two supports or jacks prop up the bridge in a horizontal position.
  9. Give fixing nuts, washers and remove the lower strut of the rear axle housing.
  10. Give a nut, remove the washer, then hooked arm, separate the transverse torque rods from the crankcase of the bridge.
  11. Give nuts and disconnect the stabilizer of transverse stability of its boom.
  12. Give nuts and bolts fastening the upper and lower longitudinal rod suspension jet to the axle housing.
  13. Lower the assembly of the bridge and remove the coil springs and rubber seat. Note the mounting position of the springs.
  14. With the help of an assistant, remove the bridge from under the car.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Get the rear axle assembly at the loading position, then insert the bolts of the lower jet boom suspension, but do not tighten the nut at this stage.
  2. Replace the screw into place with spring seats. Ensure proper placement of components. Support the axle jack.
  3. Install the upper longitudinal torque arms, transverse torque rods and dampers, but do not tighten at this stage of fixing nuts.
  4. Attach the anti-roll bar stability to the rack, tighten the retaining nut with a force of 32 ÷ 38 Nm.
  5. Install the propeller shaft (sliding joint forward). Track correctness of combination caused during the dismantling of the landing labels. Tighten the mounting nuts and bolts to 93 ÷ 108 Nm.
  6. Connect the breather hose and the brake pipe, bleed the hydraulic system.
  7. Fill the axle housing required amount of oil required grades.
  8. Lower the car on the earth and tighten with the required (see. Table sizes and adjustments in the end of this manual) effort nuts longitudinal jet bars, shock absorbers and transverse jet bar.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the nuts of the rear wheels.
  2. Poddomkratte back of the car and establish it on props, the institution under the frame members. Remove the rear wheels.
  3. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the rear axle housing.
  4. Mark the position of the rear propeller shaft to the pinion flange and drum parking brake. Remove the propeller shaft and remove it from under the car.
  5. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the rear axle housing breather hose.
  6. Disconnect the brake pipe from the flexible brake hose, release the retaining clip and release the hose from the support bracket. Plug the open ends of the pipes and hoses in order to avoid falling into the hydraulic brake system of dirt.
  7. Give fixing nuts, washers and remove the lower strut of the support plates of springs.
  8. Give nuts of the U-bolts and remove the support plate springs ladders.
  9. Support the axle housing with two horizontal stand or jack.
  10. Give nuts and remove the rack from the bar stabilizer lateral stability.
  11. Give fixing nuts and supporting the spring, remove the plate earrings and fingers out of their rear ends and brackets of the chassis. Lower the rear ends of the spring to the ground.
  12. With the help of an assistant, remove the axle assembly from under the vehicle.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Ensure proper placement of the axle on the central bolt springs.
  2. Place your fingers, bushings and springs plate earrings, but do not tighten at this stage of fixing nuts.
  3. Install U-bolts and base plates ladders springs, tighten the retaining nuts with a force 108 ÷ 147 Nm.
  4. Install the propeller shaft (sliding joint forward). Track correctness of combination caused during the dismantling of the landing labels. Tighten the mounting nuts and bolts to 93 ÷ 108 Nm.
  5. Connect the breather hose and the brake pipe, bleed the hydraulic system.
  6. Fill the axle housing required amount of oil required grades.
  7. Lower the car on the earth and tighten with the required (see. Table sizes and adjustments in the end of this manual) effort nuts finger earrings springs and shock absorbers.
