1. Remove the axle shaft.
2. Clamp the axle shaft in a vise across the pad.

3. Carefully knock the flange half-line from the differential and release the plug housing hinge (see photo).
4. Remove the clamps covers (photo).
5. Slide the covers and the body moving in the direction of the hinge pins of the wheel.
6. Mark the position of the spider on the shaft axis.
7. Press out the axle from the cross (performed on the press).
8. Remove the cover and the body.
9. Mark the position on the half and gently knock the outer CV joints (photo), remove the retaining ring.
10. Clean and inspect all parts.
11. Before assembly lay the lubricant in the outer CV joint.
12. Put cover on the floor and set a new lock ring. Lay the outer CV joint grease in the cover and secure the clamps.
13. Put cover onto the axle shaft from the differential, clamps and install the casing inner CV joint.
14. Clamp the axle shaft in a vise and install the crossbar so that notched collar cross was turned in the direction of axis.

Attention!
If you are installing cross shot, then combine the labels put at dismantling. If the new cross, then move the spider to the side pins to the limit.

15. Secure the crossbar on the shaft riveted notched collar in two places (see photo). Rasklepki depth not less than 1 mm.

16. Put the housing and lay the inner CV joint grease
17. Attach the new clamp cover.
18. Grease the stuffing box covers and install the plug and screw the three bolts nut. Press fit the cover, will hit in three places.
19. Install the cover size L (photo) and smooth cover, removing the residual pressure. Fix the small clamp.
