Check and repair of a head of the block and its details

Check and repair of a head of the block and its details are similar to check and repair at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l (see. Subsection 2.2.1.3).

Wherein the data are given below.

The height of the cylinder head is not measured.

Backlash between the inlet and outlet valves and the guide sleeve is 1.3 mm.

The size of the valve seat

A - diameter of the hole in the cylinder head under the seat;

B - outer diameter of the valve seat;

C - the width of a working facet of a saddle;

D - the distance from the surface of the valve plate to the cylinder head plane

with (engine valves hydropushers) = 95.0 mm

Hydropushers valve springs with shorter, more resilient, are marked with blue paint on the side.

Camshaft engine valves hydropushers marked gray.

Permissible runout camshaft, as measured by the average neck, - 0,01 mm.

Maximum permissible backlash shaft bearing caps set number 1 and 5 - 0.15 mm.

The diameter of the necks of a cam-shaft 26 mm, the maximum allowable wear necks - 0.25 mm.
