Oil crankcase



Details of the lubrication system of the diesel engine

1 - the oil drain plug;
2 - O-ring;
3 - the oil sump;
4 - the bolt of the crankcase;
5 - installation of casing;
6 - oil receiver the oil pump;
7 - a bolt of fastening oil receiver;
8 - a sealing ring of oil receiver;
9 - a cover of the oil pump;
10 - driven gear;
11 - oil pump housing;
12 - oil level indicator;
13 - oil filler cap;
14 - the gauge of pressure of oil;
15 - a bolt of fastening of the vacuum pump;
16 - the holder of the vacuum pump;
17 - vacuum pump;
18 - installation of the vacuum pump;
19 - a gear wheel drive and vacuum pump oil;
20 - a lining of the oil filter bracket;
21 - a bolt of fastening of an arm;
22 - an arm of the oil filter;
23 - a sealing ring of the coolant;

If the engine is removed from the car, loosen the bolts and remove the crankcase with the gasket.

If the engine is attached to the vehicle, it is necessary to withdraw housing in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the plug 1 and drain the oil from the engine. Install the plug and tighten to 30 Nm (3.0 kgf-m).
2. Tighten the hand brake.
3. Raise the jack front of the car and establish on supports.
4. Remove bolts 4 and remove the crankcase 3 with seal housing 5. Install in the reverse order. When you install a new gasket crankcase 5. Tighten 4 bolts crosswise to 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m).
