Check and replacement of atomizers



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the nozzle with a rubber O-ring up, pulling the nut connecting toplivoprivoda. Close the opening in the cylinder head.
2. Inspect the O-ring nozzle. If there are cracks or signs of compression, replace it.
3. If there is no special equipment to check the nozzles, you can check it as follows. Hang the injector over a glass vessel, start the engine and leave to idle on three cylinders. The nozzle must disperse the fuel in the form of a right cone. If not, replace the nozzle.
4. Depressurize toplivoprivodah for this loosen the bolts toplivoprivoda to the valve 21 (see. Fig. Elements of the injection system Jetronic-K) cold start. Collect cloth leaked fuel and tighten the bolt.
5. Remove nuts and detach toplivoprivod from the nozzle.
6. Coat the sealing ring injectors gasoline nozzle insert a new O-ring and connect it toplivoprivod.
