Valve 10 starting a cold engine is installed in the intake pipe of the engine. The valve provides an additional amount of fuel into the intake pipe during a cold start. The valve is controlled by a thermoswitch 9. Switch valve open during engine start, depending on the coolant temperature. The higher coolant temperature, the less time the open valve 10. If the temperature is high enough, the valve 10 does not open. Check valve thermoswitch performed in a cold engine, a coolant temperature below 30 ? C in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect Pads with wires from the valves 10.
2. Attach a contact pad bulb.
3. Remove from the central distributor of ignition high voltage wire and connect it to the "weight".
4. Disconnect the wires from the block with thermal switch 9.
5. Connect terminal 2 ?W? (white-green wire) wire with "weight". Do not connect to "weight" contact 1 ?G? (the red and black wire).
6. Include a starter lamp should light up. If the lamp is not lit, then open the circuit.
7. Loosen the bolts of the valve and being careful not to damage the gasket, remove the flap 10.
8. Connect to the valve block with wires, substitute a glass container valve and turn 10 with the starter. During power thermoswitch valve must spray the fuel in the form of a regular cone. Wipe the valve and see if there is fuel leaking from the valve. If within 1 minute on the valve appears tracks fuel means the valve is serviceable. A defective valve replaced.
9. Disconnect from the valve terminal block to connect the wires and contacts between the pads bulb.
10. Turn the starter for 10 seconds. The bulb should be immediately catch fire and burn for 3 seconds. If the lamp is not lit, replace the thermal switch.
11. Replace the valve block to connect to it with wires.
12. Connect to distributor central wire.
